What is Viva Goals and how it works
Viva Goals is a tool in Microsoft 365 designed for the organization of work by objectives “OKR” (Objectives and Key Results).
It currently offers a 30-day trial version.
After contracting the license, we can create organizations, private or public:
We create the objectives and assign them.
We added “key results”, “initiatives” and “secondary objectives”.
