  • Installation and initial configuration: of security tools to enable you to detect, disrupt and respond quickly to threats.

  • Detection and response on endpoints: servers, PCs, laptops, cell phones… The deployed solution must be able to detect and respond at these points, and EDR protection can be provided along with the rest of the components of the deployed solution or can be integrated with existing EDR solutions at the endpoints.

  • Sources to be monitored: The implemented solution should protect against threats affecting various sources in the company such as endpoints or Cloud solutions.

  • Threat alerts: This service will alert your company’s contacts immediately after detecting possible threats.

  • Availability of a team of experts: who will be in charge of answering all the doubts that may arise related to the service. It will also perform a continuous analysis and follow-up of the alerts generated.

  • 24x7x365 Monitoring: The service will be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • Search, containment and response to threats: the service will actively search for possible threats, preventing, disrupting and responding to possible attacks. This will prevent it from spreading to other parts of your company’s network.

Business intelligence and associated analytics and AI

The objective of this category is to enable you to exploit your company’s data to improve the decision-making process.

Maximum amount of aid: Up to 8000 euros

Functionalities and services:

  • Data integration with other databases: you will have access to other databases and the ability to make comparisons with the data displayed.
  • Data storage: if you belong to segments I, II or III, you will have a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user. For segments IV and V, the minimum storage capacity will be 5 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: you will have customized data dashboards with relevant data and different forms of visualization.
  • Data export: you can export data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibility with different programs that you commonly use.

Process management with associated AI

S4NS

The main objective of this category is to digitalize and/or automate business processes related to the operational or productive aspects of the beneficiary companies through training in artificial intelligence (AI) specialized in process management.

Maximum amount of aid: Up to 19000 euros

Functionalities and services:

  • Automation of processes and workflows: the solution must allow the digitalization and/or automation of integral processes (horizontal or vertical), as well as other internal process management functionalities.

  • Integration with various platforms: the solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.

  • Upgradable: the solution must be upgradable with new versions.

  • Scalable: the solution must be able to adapt to possible growth or changes in the SME’s business structure.

  • Training in generative AI fundamentals for process management: trainings to prepare employees around the functionalities described above, which will feature:

    • Basic fundamentals: approach to current regulations and ethical and safety risks derived from them.

    • Specific training in: automation and optimization of workflows (accounting and finance, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing and payments, human resources, logistics and others), financial management, data interpretation and continuous learning.

    • Duration: the training will have a total duration of 20 hours over two months for each of the users defined by segment.

    • Human instructor: in both on-site and online modalities, training will be provided by a human instructor available to users.

    • Diploma of completion: a certificate of skills acquired in AI will be awarded upon completion of the training.”

Safe workplace

S4NS

If you have a microenterprise belonging to segment III, the main objective of this category is to provide you with a safe workplace in order to enhance or improve your productivity.

Maximum amount of aid: Up to 1000 euros

Functionalities and services:

  • You will receive a hardware device that must include an integrated product, a license and encryption/encryption at rest to ensure the privacy of the data and documents stored on the device.

  • This device may be a new laptop or desktop computer. In addition, it must have at least the following hardware features:

  1. Minimum hardware device requirements:

  • A processor with a minimum of 4 physical cores and a maximum CPU clock speed of at least 2.9 GHz and have achieved a minimum PassMark Software score of 15,000, dated May 13, 2024.

  • A minimum of 16GB DDR4 RAM.

  • A minimum SSD storage of 512 GB. In addition, your data will be protected with encryption, the password will be provided by the Digitizing Agent.

  • A pre-installed and factory licensed operating system .

  • Integrated graphics, network and sound cards .

  • Input/output interfaces, such as USB or microphone input ports, which may be integrated into the device or via a port replicator.

  • Ascreen, if it is a laptop it will be at least 13 inches; optical mouse, in case of laptops, the integrated mouse or touchpad will be accepted; webcam with minimum HD resolution and a smartcard reader (DNI-e) with USB interface.

  • In the particular case of desktop computers you will have a minimum 23-inch monitor, minimum Full HD resolution and LCD, LED or equivalent display technology , at least one HDMI and EU energy label, a keyboard and both power and HDMI cabling .

  • In the case of desktops and laptops, they must have at least one certification of the following types (or similar):

    • ENERGY STAR®.

    • EPEAT™ Silver Registered.

    • TCO.

  • MIL STD 810H certification or equivalent. They must comply with a minimum of 5 methods, including: high temperature, low temperature and humidity.

  1. Specific Advertising Requirements:

  • The device must have a silkscreen or label affixed to the laptop, computer or monitor only.

  • The logos to be contained in both options shall be as follows:

  • The logo of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

  • The logo of the Public Business Entity Red.es (It must appear as “Red.es”).

  1. Minimum requirements of the support and attention service:

The Digitizing Agent will provide a Support and Attention service with the following guarantees from the delivery of the devices until the completion of the execution of phase 2:

  • The device will be delivered within Spain after having been checked for correct operation.

  • As a beneficiary, you will be attended by the support service within 5 working days. You must have an e-mail address to receive notices of breakdowns or incidents, with minimum service hours for these communications from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Repairs will be made through remote or on-site support at the location where the delivery was made. The digitizer is responsible for the costs incurred. Repairs due to breakage or damage and configuration problems are included, provided they are based on the correct use of the device.

  • The maximum time to repair the breakdown, between the communication of the incident and its resolution, will be 5 working days. If this deadline is not met, you will be provided with an analogous replacement device.

  1. Cybersecurity requirements of the Secure Workplace:

The Secure Workstation solution shall meet the following minimum requirements associated with the Cybersecurity solution category:

  • Antimalware: you will have access to a tool that scans your device, its internal memory and external storage devices.

  • Antispyware: a tool that detects and prevents spyware will be provided.

  • Secure email: you will have email analysis tools with the following features:

    • Antispam, with spam detection and filtering.

    • Antiphishing, with detection of emails with links or malware suspected of being used to steal credentials.

  • Safe browsing: you will have content control and anti-adware to avoid malicious ads.

  • Threat analysis and detection: the solution will allow you to know the behavior of existing and new threats.

  • Network monitoring: you will have tools that analyze network traffic and warn of threats.

  • Initial configuration and security updates: an initial configuration must be performed for its correct use, with the respective updates of malware signatures and other data for threat detection, in addition to the required periodic security software updates.

  • Special training requirements: in addition to the common training requirements, the training you will receive will include a tutorial for configuring the security software, as well as a cybersecurity awareness kit to complement the solution with human firewall skills.

  1. Possibility of acquiring the associated hardware:

  • Upon completion of Phase II, you will be able to acquire ownership of the hardware, upon payment of the residual value of the equipment to the Digitizing Agent.

  • This will be an optional decision for you, but mandatory for the Digital Adhering Agent.

  • In the event that you do not pay the agreed purchase amount, the Digitizing Agent will be able to recover the equipment.

  • At the end of the 12 months of service provision corresponding to phase II, the Acelera Pyme Digitizing Agent must inform, in its offer of the Acelera Pyme Digitizing Solutions Catalog, the purchase value of the equipment. Such amount shall be reflected in the Digitization Solutions Provision Agreement.

  • As a maximum, the amount of the purchase value will be 15% of the amount of the signed agreement (amount of the solution).

Those beneficiaries who opt for the formalization of Agreements of the “Secure Workplace” Category, must have validated one or more Agreements for the Provision of Digitization Solutions for any other Digitization Solution Category among those provided for in Article 18.2 of the Regulatory Bases.
