This is a Digital Advice Voucher with an amount to be used in the contracting of advisory services. The amount varies depending on the size of your company:
Artificial Intelligence Advisory Service
S4NS
The main objective of this service is to provide you with an artificial intelligence plan adapted to the needs of your SME. You will know the investment required and the measures necessary for its adoption. In addition, your learning in artificial intelligence techniques will be prioritized. A use case adapted to your SME will also be developed.
Maximum amount of the aid: 6000 euros
Functionalities and services:
The Digital Adherent Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of the artificial intelligence plan:
- Identification of relevant datasets for the implementation of AI algorithms, so you can have a better understanding of your SME’s information.
- Advise you on the creation of data governance protocols with AI regulations, ensuring the validity and veracity of the data when AI is applied.
- Analyze AI tools for data management, making recommendations based on the reality and investment capacity of your SME.
- Guide you on how AI techniques can derive valuable insights from existing data to drive strategic decision making.
- Train you in the strategic use of AI techniques in data management.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to the business, related to the application of artificial intelligence.
Data Analysis Consulting Service (Basic)

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a basic data analysis plan adapted to the needs of your SME. You will know the investment required and the measures necessary for its adoption. In addition, priority will be given to learning processes for data extraction and analysis.
Maximum amount of the aid: 6000 euros
Functionalities and services:
The Digital Adherent Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of the basic data analysis plan:
- Identify those data of your SME that improve the understanding of the available information.
- Analyze the different options of artificial intelligence tools to exploit and visualize data, recommending the one that best suits the current situation of your SME and the investment required for its adoption.
- Establish valuable information from data processing with artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Advise you on the exploitation of the data through the chosen tool.
- Optionally, it can advise you on data governance, management and quality management processes in accordance with the specifications UNE 0077 “Data Governance”, UNE 0078 “Data Management” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management”.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to the business in data analysis (basic level).
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.
Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Advisory Service (Advanced)

The main objective of this service is to provide you with an artificial intelligence plan adapted to the needs of your SME. The main objective of this service is to establish the necessary investment and digital marketing techniques, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies, to improve the performance of your online sales, and the realization of a use case adapted to the digital sales area of your SME.

Functionalities and services:
The Digital Adherent Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of your digital sales improvement plan:
- Analyze the current situation of your SME in digital sales, positioning in RRSS and internet presence.
- Make your employees aware of the importance and techniques of online sales and digital marketing.
- Define an online sales strategy and digital presence (RRSS, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.) in the medium and long term, using predictive models based on AI.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate artificial intelligence techniques, in the area of digital sales.
- Identification of opportunities or potential uses of AI in digital sales.
Business Processes or Production Processes Advisory Service
S4NS
The main objective of this service is to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the current business processes of your SME, as well as the definition of a customized process improvement plan in key areas. Instead of a business process, this consulting service can be oriented towards the optimization of one of the production or manufacturing processes. In either case, artificial intelligence techniques will be used, including the development of a use case adapted to the business.

Functionalities and services:
The Digital Adherent Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of improvements in business or production processes:
- Understand your SME’s strategic goals, key points and objectives and align them with a focus on digitization, use of artificial intelligence and business process improvement (or, if applicable, selected manufacturing process).
- Analyze your current business processes to identify possible improvements. In the case of production processes, an analysis of the selected manufacturing process will be carried out, identifying areas of opportunity for efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate to your SME’s employees the strategic relevance of digitizing processes, highlighting how this not only optimizes daily work, but also strengthens competitiveness.
- To provide specialized advice on business process management and artificial intelligence tools, ranging from sales and human resources to project management, and highlighting specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If, instead, a manufacturing process has been chosen, advice will be provided on tools and technology for the optimization and automation of that production process.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME, using the appropriate techniques, for the optimization of a business process or, if applicable, a manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of business processes or, as the case may be, production processes.
Business Strategy and Performance Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a business strategy plan to improve the competitive positioning of your SME. This plan will include the necessary investment and the appropriate tools, and will also take advantage of artificial intelligence technologies to improve analysis capabilities. A use case tailored to improve your performance and strategy by identifying needs and gaps, as well as opportunities to improve your situation in relation to your competitors, will also be developed.

The Digital Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct improvement of the strategy and performance of your SME:
- Analyze your current business intelligence situation to assess needs, identify gaps in the use of business intelligence technologies and detect opportunities for improvement.
- To put forward recommendations to develop analytical skills and foster a culture of decision making based on data processing with artificial intelligence algorithms in the current competitive scenario.
- Advise you on the incorporation of advanced techniques and tools for machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining, understanding the specificities of your SME and aligning them to your business objectives.
- Define together with you a medium and long term strategy for the implementation and optimization of business intelligence based on improving performance.
- Design and execution of a use case that demonstrates the effectiveness of competitive analysis techniques to improve business strategy and performance.
- Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of business strategy and performance.
Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Basic)

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a basic cybersecurity plan adapted to the specific needs of your SME. Also, to realize an adapted use case. The aim is to apply the basic documentation of your Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and ENS (medium-high category).
Maximum amount of the aid: 6000 euros
Functionalities and services:
The Digital Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your basic cybersecurity plan, the service will allow you to:
- To know the current risk situation of your SME, identifying the most valuable assets and data for your activity.
- Guarantee the continuity of your SME in the face of possible security incidents, minimizing the risk of business interruptions.
- Develop and provide a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining protocols and specific actions in the event of a cyber-attack.
- Define and establish, together with you, a customized cybersecurity strategy for the short and medium term.
- Comply with regulations and security standards related to data protection and information security.
- Prepare the basic documentation for the implementation of an ISMS (ISO27001 and ENS medium-high) for a core service offered to customers or Public Administrations.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using the appropriate techniques in the area of cybersecurity.
- Identify opportunities or potential uses of AI in the field of cybersecurity.
Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Advanced)

You can request this Advisory Service if you already have basic security protection and a cybersecurity plan, but want to learn about more advanced protection systems.
Maximum amount of the aid: 6000 euros
Functionalities and services:
The Digital Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your advanced cybersecurity plan, the service will allow you to:

- Analyze and perform penetration tests and analysis of possible vulnerabilities in your SME knowing the technological and operational environment in which you operate.
- Implement cybersecurity procedures and tools for the daily management of your SME. This way you will be able to prevent, detect and respond to threats.
- Proactively protect your SMB against data-driven attacks, improving resilience and responsiveness to threats.
- Make your employees aware of the importance of cybersecurity and foster an organizational culture focused on cybersecurity and risk management.
- Identify opportunities or potential uses of AI in cybersecurity.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using the appropriate techniques in the area of cybersecurity.
Cybersecurity Advisory Service (Preparation for Certification)
S4NS
If you already have a basic security protection, a tailored plan and the basic ISMS document structure, the main objective of this service is to help you with the implementation of advanced protection systems, taking advantage of artificial intelligence capabilities and prepare you to submit your ISMS for certification.
Maximum amount of the aid: 6000 euros
Functionalities and services:
The Digital Advisor will be in charge of carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct development of your advanced cybersecurity plan, the service will allow you to:

- Analyze and perform penetration tests and analysis of possible vulnerabilities in your SME knowing the technological and operational environment in which you operate.
- Review your cybersecurity policies, plans and procedures, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Proactively protect your SME against data-driven attacks, improving resilience and threat response capabilities.
- Make your employees aware of the importance of cybersecurity and foster an organizational culture focused on cybersecurity and risk management.
- Prepare the documentation for you to submit for certification of your ISMS for a core service offered to customers or Public Administrations (ISO27001 and ENS medium-high, according to CCN-STIC Guide 825). Certification not included.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using the appropriate techniques in the area of cybersecurity.
360º Digital Transformation Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to offer advice on the digital transformation of your SME, providing solutions tailored to your specific needs. The necessary investment and strategic measures to be applied in each impact area will be defined to achieve an overall improvement. In addition, innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence will be used to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the digital transformation process.
